The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and shares nothing with data brokers. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the quote form, and we use it to answer you.
Information you give us
When you submit the quote form we collect your name, email address, and any company name, phone number, operation details, current software, and message you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
Anonymous visit measurement
We count page views so we know which pages are useful. For each view we record the page path, the referring website's domain, whether the device is a phone, tablet, or desktop, and a one-way hash that rotates every day. No cookies, no local storage, no device fingerprinting, and no IP addresses are stored. The daily rotation means visits cannot be linked across days or traced back to a person.
If you submit the form we send you a confirmation and our sales team a notification. Those are transactional messages tied to your request. If we ever send you marketing email, every message will identify us and include a working unsubscribe link, and we will honor opt-outs promptly.
Service providers
We use hosting, database, and email delivery providers to operate this site. They process data on our instructions only. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.
Retention
Quote requests are kept while we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship, then deleted. Anonymous view records are aggregated for reporting and are not tied to an identity at any point.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@breatheasy.net and we will take care of it.
Children
This is a business site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
